Facilitation requires a special set of skills. These skills empower the facilitator to effectively manage groups and group processes. In today’s world, meetings may be in-person, online or a combination of the two. This requires even more creativity, skill and finesse than ever before! Fear not, the tools you need to know are available for you in Facilitating with Finesse in Today’s World.
Facilitators simultaneously:
- Equalize group dynamics,
- Manage the process,
- Keep the content flowing toward an outcome that meets the goal of the meeting, and
- Track ideas, agreements and outcomes of the meeting.
To do this effectively, facilitators need to know themselves, know groups, and have concrete tools with which to help the group achieve success. This training offers comprehensive facilitation skills for the novice and is a great refresher course for the seasoned facilitator.
