“Values Based Decision Making: The Ethical Heart of a Healthy Organization” – Episode #27 of Co-creating Peace

A podcast series about conscious communication and conflict transformation.

My friend and fellow mediator, Mark Bennett, is joining me again today. You may recall the wonderful conversation that Mark and I had in Episode #21 about his most recent book, Uniting by Design. In Uniting by Design, he updated the process from his previous book on Values-Based Decision Making as one of the cornerstone practices of Creative Collaboration. Today, we look at this critical dimension of organizational functioning: Ethical Decision-making.

For the past 23 years, Mark Bennett has supported leaders and teams to make values-based decisions that earn credibility, maintain accountability, and establish integrity. He has presented a practical process for making critical decisions to leaders around the world and regularly facilitates wise strategic planning for businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies. He is the co-author of A Field Guide to Good Decisions: Values in Action.

As a consultant and coach, he guides leaders to increase collaboration and build healthy organizational cultures with the capacity to adapt to change and uncertainty.
